A good omelette pan. Using high dollar pots usually inhibits omelettes appropriate ( see Alton Brown ). This is convenient but it has enough weight to hold the heat. Handle stays cool. by Lord Acklee

I had the omelet pan Anolon for about 3 years and it still works perfectly with a smooth finish. I mostly use plastic utensils and wood on it though. by AndyTheFiredog
